Step 2: Open the ‘Mail Options’ on your account and go to the general settings. Go to ‘Spam Protection’ and customize your settings.
Step 3: Click the gear icon on your SBCGlobal email page and go to the mail settings. Select the ‘Blocked Addresses’ option and enter the email address that sends spam.
