  Spam emails can be annoying because they flood your inbox and tend to clutter your email folders. You can refer to the steps below to avoid spam emails while using your SBCGlobal email account:

  • Step 1: Log in to your SBCglobal.net email account and go to the inbox. Click on the spam email and then press “Report Spam.
  • Step 2: Open the ‘Mail Options’ on your account and go to the general settings.  Go to ‘Spam Protection’ and customize your settings.
  • Step 3: Click the gear icon on your SBCGlobal email page and go to the mail settings. Select the ‘Blocked Addresses’ option and enter the email address that sends spam.
