Steps to Fix the Sage 50 Smart Posting Not Running on the Server
- Close Sage 50 on any machines where it is installed
- Find your program path
- Change the year 2019 in all three places if you are using a different release
- Run by clicking Start, Run
- In the Open field, type cmd
- Then click OK.
- Enter the updated command line you created in step 3 into the DOS prompt window
- The screen will display SUCCESS
- Run by clicking Start, Run
- Start by typing services.msc
- Click the OK button
