  Users usually encounter an error in the CPP amount calculation when the date of birth of the employee is incorrect. You can refer to the steps below to check the date of birth in Sage 50:

  • Step 1: Open Sage 50 Accounting on your computer and log in.
  • Step 2: Go to the main menu and double-click the ‘Employee’ icon.
  • Step 3: Select ‘Personal’ and verify if the employee date of birth is correct.
