For changing username on twitterjavascript:mctmp(0); in mobile just follow these simple steps:
Firstly open twitter in your phone and then click on the profile picture on top left.
When it open then click on setting & support
Then click on setting and privacy.
When it opens there is an option for your account.
You can see your account information in this.
Then enter your new name in that and click on save.
