In and what will surely be one in the more unique and over-the-top marketing activities at E3 2018, Epic will fly an inflatable Battle Bus inspired by Fortnite over Los Angeles this week for your big show. Epic's director of video Fortnite Items production shared an image from the bus on Twitter immediately after a site test.
It is often a very large inflatable, being released at 40x30 feet. And as you may see inside the image, it seems pretty near to what the actual in-game battle bus seems like with its blue scheme and balloon. Presumably this inflatable is piloted on the ground; and hopefully nobody jumps from it.
Presumably, the inflatable battle Buy Fortnite Items bus will fly above the Los Angeles Convention Center, and that is the site of E3. Epic offers quite a bit more planned for Fortnite at E3, including a hollywood pro-am doubles tournament with an invite-only party. Given what quantity of money Fortnite earns, we expect the party to become a truly over-the-top affair. We'll report back with images and details as a result.
